Mission Statement: The Wannabees want to be like Jesus Christ as we serve and love others.
Our goal as Wannabees is to work on character development and spiritual growth as we journey together to serve God. Here are basic guidelines we expect our members to follow. Please know the Wannabees Leadership Team can change guidelines at any given time.
- Believe in John 3:16 and that Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life!
- Maintain a commitment to Jesus Christ. (Or a willingness to know Him and learn more.)
- Use all situations to be Christ-like, growing in character and spirit: 1 Peter 1:5-9; Galatians 5; Matt 5:1-12; Luke 6:20-23; 1 Cor 13
- Follow decisions of those leading the Wannabees by being respectful to both leaders and other team members.
- Conform to the dress codes, policies, and procedures of each project or mission trip, even if it does not coincide with your beliefs/ways, trusting in the leadership.
- Willingness to be flexible, patient, and open-minded.
- Use your gifts and talents as God intended.
